After having worked in the corporate training world for a combined 40 years, Jack Dempsey and John Miller formed Performance Solutions Group in early 2007. Their vision was to create an alternative to typical Training and OD firms that implement “off the shelf” material and programmatic approaches to the very culture specific issues and challenges that today’s organizations face. PSG’s approach is to dig deep below the surface level symptoms and understand the root causes of an organization’s challenges and issues. The premise of our work is to help organizations build an integrated system of people, processes and resources that create optimal value and lead to their greatest level of results.
