Dr. John Miller is a senior level Organization Development professional with extensive experience in leadership training, strategic development, performance management, teambuilding, and employee engagement programs. He is equally effective in one on one, small group, and large group scenarios. Whether involved in a personal coaching opportunity, developing a large scale program such as performance management, or facilitating a stand up training class, Dr. Miller’s distinctive is a sharp focus on bridging gaps in performance and challenging participants to align their behaviors to bottom line results. John has over 30 years experience as both a manager and a consultant, spanning the wholesale distribution, non-profit, healthcare, manufacturing and technology industries. He has also held adjunct teaching positions with Greenville College and the University of Phoenix. John earned a masters degree in Organizational Communication from Lindenwood University and holds a doctoral degree in International Management from Nova Southeastern University. Some of the companies that John has worked with include Carquest Auto Parts, Angelica Corporation, Charter Communications, Anheuser-Busch, MasterCard, Nestle-Purina, Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis Connect Care, Cooper Industries and the East St. Louis Housing Authority.

 

Jack Dempsey’s 26 years of extensive training, curriculum development, and consulting has taken him to all 50 states and several countries, helping companies develop quality training with measurable ROI.  His diverse professional expertise in telecommunications, casino, retail, and customer service industries gives Jack an unparalleled understanding of what it takes to reach participants on a human level and impact change in organizations.  Jack carries current certifications in Achieve Global, Behavioral Science Research Press, and Miller-Heiman.  Jack works closely with such clients as the U.S. Army, Charter Communications, Player’s Island Casino, Harrah’s Casino, Cooper Industries, Barnes-Jewish Hospital and St. Louis Connect Care making certain that training curriculum is delivered in the most effective manner to change behavior and not just provide “good ideas.”
